Boundary Surveys
Our surveyors perform boundary surveys using similar methods to land surveys. Correct boundary positions
can be established to determine if any boundary encroachment has occurred. Documents can be produced digitally in autocad and
transferred to paper if required. The information we gather can be compared with existing land registry deeds or ordnance survey
data.
When a plot of land is merged or divided, a simple survey relating to relevant physical attributes on the site will eliminate any doubt
over the exact boundary line.
Our development clients need to know very precisely where their boundary is so that they can cost, plan and design building
layouts. Many boundaries have no physical feature, such as a hedge or fence.
With our survey data, our development clients minimise the risk of potentially costly boundary disputes with the adjacent landowners
who may have conflicting information.
